It analyzes the potential of distributed ledgers as a technological foundation for minimizing corruption risks and increasing the verifiability of political transactions within the framework of a cybernetic model of society.<\/p>\n

But then an idea struck me\u2026 maybe we need to introduce some of our own?<\/p>\n

You already admit that the state’s lack of control over social networks, YouTube \u2014 gives rise to new effects\u2026 So maybe we should go in this vein? and create something else uncontrollable?))))<\/p>\n

For example, I liked Volodymyr Stus’s idea regarding \u2014 democracies at a new technological level \u2014 blockchain\u2026.<\/p>\n

Also, in his opinion, we are facing\u00a0“democratization, de-oligarchization, decentralization”<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026. well, that’s his research \u2014 so questions to him)))))<\/p>\n

Let’s move on. Haidai once talked about\u00a0“community management”<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0“quick voting”<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 also an interesting idea.<\/p>\n

And most importantly \u2014 there is some division into\u00a0“communities (hromadas)”<\/strong>\u00a0in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

And we need either a non-formal association, a public organization, well, or a party\u2026 \u2014 it doesn’t really matter)))) For example, with the\u00a0“face”<\/strong>\u00a0of Arestovich\u2026)))) Moreover, embed a mechanism of\u00a0“impeachment”<\/strong>\u00a0)))) Therefore, preferably an impersonal one \u2014 without Arestovich’s name in the title.<\/p>\n

Organize it according to the rules of self-organization (I remember once a lecture on the development of Catholic parishes) I think Haidai can help with something here)))))<\/p>\n

Next, we create blockchain software (it’s essentially impersonal there) and the servers and organizations should be located outside Ukraine (so that our special services and the state \u2014 cannot reach them), well, and the developers \u2014 foreign\u2026<\/p>\n

Then push through a law that documents can be accepted for consideration by the authorities with an\u00a0“impersonal blockchain signature”<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026.)))))<\/p>\n

But I think you have enough masters at coming up with such things))))<\/p>\n

Well, let’s say 50-100 thousand sign a petition\u2026 but what if 3-5 million???)))) It will be fun))))<\/p>\n

And\u2026. go further\u2026 for example, either sell or transfer to others\u2026 for example, to Prytula, and in general to everyone who wants it\u2026 let them organize their own networks)))))<\/p>\n

In this case.. it doesn’t matter))) who wins or loses))))<\/p>\n

For example, leave a\u00a0“limiting factor”<\/strong>\u00a0in distribution \u2014 the division into communities\u2026. And de facto \u2014 such a division will happen))))) And the method of direct democracy will be embedded))) Moreover, at the first stage, there’s no need to worry too much about a\u00a0“complex scheme”<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026 start and do it at the level of\u00a0“today’s understanding,”<\/strong>\u00a0even if it’s simple\u2026 then develop it))))<\/p>\n
