There is a simple estimate: the\u00a090%-9%-1% rule<\/strong>. For example, Arestovich uses this rule in culture. Out of 100 films made, 90 are garbage, 9 are nothing, 1 is a Bestseller. And if you don’t release 100, you won’t get a Bestseller either. And so it is in everything\u2026<\/p>\n

For example, in my professional field, I should have been pushed out by growing specialists, but this doesn’t happen. Of course, I could rest on my laurels as a super-specialist, but the essence of the problem is different. Newly minted specialists lack basic knowledge and have\u00a0“Eureka!”<\/strong>\u00a0moments every day, but actually 99% of these eurekas were described in the technologies of the 70s and 80s. That is, in essence, they are undereducated and not smart enough.<\/p>\n

And this is confirmed by the statistics of the\u00a0decline in IQ<\/strong>\u00a0in all countries.<\/p>\n

We kind of heard about degradation, but it seems we don’t even realize the scale of the problem. And the current time \u2013 this is just the beginning, in my opinion. I read Kurpatov’s\u00a0“Informational Pseudo-Feeblemindedness”<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 oh, the intellectual fun awaits us.<\/p>\n

And how are mommies raising children? After all, upbringing is not only socialization, but also\u00a0sensory education!<\/strong>\u00a0Children who have known parental love are strikingly different from orphanage children (these are like wooden). And children are now being raised on mobile phones, just as mommies are glued to them. Look at how mommies with children behave in a cafe, for example.<\/p>\n

And so it is in all areas. Business \u2013 they have wiped out the middle class (that is, the 9% of the proportion) \u2013 how will that 1% of super-businessmen grow? The answer is NO WAY! There is a\u00a0gap in the stages of growth<\/strong>. And this gap will collapse, and because the specialists won’t hold on at the top and will fall to a “low” level.<\/p>\n

It’s like sailing in a boat with holes; you might not have time to bail out\u2026 So a project of\u00a0“holding and accumulating resources”<\/strong>\u00a0for Ukraine’s development is needed.<\/p>\n
