Methodological Annotation:<\/strong> This paper provides a systemic-axiological analysis of the Ukrainian army<\/b>, conceptualized as a key institution for shaping a new social architecture. The research methodology is based on the decomposition of non-military aspects<\/b>\u2014ethics, horizontal connections, and agency\u2014which determine the system’s resilience under extreme stress. The author analyzes the army not as a hierarchical machine, but as a dynamic environment of distributed intelligence<\/b>, capable of generating new semantic codes for civil society. The study justifies the role of military experience as a driver of cognitive transformation<\/b> for the entire state structure.<\/p>\n And yes, I served my compulsory service in the Soviet Army, so I have some idea of the essence of the matter.<\/p>\n To begin with, I would like to\u00a0“compare” army life with the “Technology for Breaking the Sense of Self-Importance<\/a>“<\/strong>\u2026\u00a0Yep\u2026 they are practically identical and\u00a0“hardwired” into the army structure<\/strong>. That is, in the army, no one was engaged in “breaking the personality”; for the sake of effectiveness, they broke the “sense of self-importance.” There’s your answer \u2013 why “elites were born” in the Army; they simply\u00a0“went further” in personal development<\/strong>. And in general, the army resembles something like an\u00a0“ascetic monastery”<\/strong>\u00a0with its own goals, tasks, and methods.<\/p>\n Or take, for example, the “Soviet Army”\u2026 The mixing of peoples and geographical regions of residence\u2026<\/p>\n Firstly:<\/strong>\u00a0it ensured the\u00a0interpenetration of cultures<\/strong>, languages, and ways of life;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Secondly:<\/strong>\u00a0it created a\u00a0COMMUNITY<\/strong>\u00a0of the “Soviet people,” an “army brotherhood.”<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Hmm\u2026 and don’t we need this? To culturally connect the east with the west, to give birth to the community of the\u00a0“Ukrainian people”?<\/strong><\/p>\n Now let’s look at Israel. A universal conscript army\u2026 And yes, undoubtedly, Israelis are intellectuals, people of the book, but we must add\u00a0“with a constantly working mechanism for ‘forming elites.'”<\/strong>\u00a0Someday I’ll get around to writing an article about the connection between personality maturity and intelligence. And look at\u00a0Catholic Poland<\/strong>? With their “Enlist for Voluntary Basic Military Service”? They’ve also turned on the mechanism for forming a New Elite\u2026 But it’s a little easier for the Poles; they don’t need to form a “community,” it’s already hardwired into their Nation State, and it’s enough to take the\u00a0“active part”<\/strong>\u00a0of the youth. And the Church will\u00a0“pull up the Sharikovs” <\/strong>(“Structural Model of the Man of the Future”<\/a>). Here is an example of what the\u00a0“Shareholders of Religion”<\/strong>\u00a0do.<\/p>\n For their own purposes and tasks, the\u00a0“Shareholders of Power”<\/strong>\u00a0need to\u00a0“molecularize”<\/strong>\u00a0people, and they will\u00a0“tear”<\/strong>\u00a0people from the fabric of culture, traditions, family, clan, sow national discord, pit religions against each other, and, excuse me, no matter what bastards our Oligarchs are, by situationally resisting the globalists, they did not allow them to completely seize power in the country\u2026 We would have been torn to pieces!
